Before booking with JW Photo-Art  JoannaWolska  ,please take a few moments to look over this agreement/contract

 

 

NO CELL PHONE PHOTOGRAPHY!

     

**PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TAKING PHOTOS WITH CELL PHONES DURING SESSIONS. **

 

 

Booking Fee

 

A non-refundable booking fee of £ 50 is required at the time of booking, together with a signed contract. Dates are reserved only when this deposit is paid by cash or bank transfer. The booking fee paid will be deducted from your final order and is not normally refundable 

 

   If the Photographer fails to appear at the time and place agreed upon, then it shall be refunded to the Client.

Balance of payments

 Ballance of payments will be taken    in the session day  and  viewing date (depended of your  session package value )
 

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT:

Sessions are non-refundable, but deposit is transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).  

​

Weather -Outdoor session

 If sessions are canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COPYRIGHT:

All images are copyrighted to, and remain the property of,  JW Photography Joanna Wolska .  Print Releases will be given with the delivery of photographs.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints/images for personal use only.  Original, unedited photographs will NOT be given in addition to edited photographs. All photographs delivered are not to be altered with personal editing and / or filters and shared.

--ADDITIONAL IMAGES are available for purchase  , Cost for additional  image is  £25 each

JW Photo-Art Joanna Wolska  has the right to refuse service to anyone if not feel comfortable doing the suggested / requested photographs.

JW Photo-Art Joanna Wolska  is not responsible for accidents.   

  Children must be supervised at all times and not allowed to leave the photo session location without parents.  During these sessions I insist the parents stay very near to the children.

    DELETED IMAGES
All non-purchased images are deleted  8 weeks after your view and order.
